Q: Do you require credit checks?
A: Yes, we do require credit and criminal background checks for all applicants 18 years of age or older.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Yes, Pets are welcome at The Willows. We accept dogs up to 60 lbs. (with some breed restrictions), and cats (front paws declawed). All pets must be spayed /neutered. Veterinarian verification is required. Additional fees apply, please call for details.
Q: What will I need to apply?
A: We require a completed application, application fee ($50 for each applicant over the age of 18), a copy of your driver's license or state ID, and verification of income in the form or 2 recent paycheck stubs.
Q: How long does it take for my application to be processed?
A: All applicants are required to go through our screening process. This process can take 24-48 hours.
Q: Do you have income requirements?
A: Yes, our income requirements state that your total monthly gross income must equal three times the monthly rent.
Q: Do I need an appointment to view an apartment?
A: Although you are welcome to stop in, appointments are preferred to ensure we are in the office and available to answer your questions.
Q: Can I get on a waiting list?
A: Absolutely! Due to sometimes having limited availability at The Willows, you can be added to our waiting list at no charge at your request. We will notify you immediately when an apartment becomes available.
Q: Do you offer any specials?
A: Our specials and promotions change frequently, with the exception of active police and firefighters, who receive a $50 per month discount. We also offer CAT employees a flexible leasing program. Please call for current specials and details.
